What is carpal tunnel syndrome?
Carpal tunnel syndrome is a compression of the median nerve at the wrist.
Carpal tunnel syndrome can cause these symptoms:
Pain at the palm, thumb to ring finger.
Numbness at the palm, thumb to ring finger.
Electrical or tingling sensation at the palm, thumb to ring finger.
Decreased sensitivity to touch
Easily fatigued with involved arm

Women have greater likelihood due to smaller carpal tunnel size
